The advent of the digital camera is what truly propelled Barbara Rosner into the world of photography. She has been a graphic designer for over fifteen years and a serious photographer for the last five years. Barbara became passionate about photography after taking a Santa Fe Photography Workshop with the master of color photography, Jay Maisel. Her work continues to evolve and she has won numerous awards in photography.
Barbara enjoys photographing in natural light and her subject matter is eclectic. For Barbara the process just starts with capturing a photographic image. Her computer is her artistic tool for bringing out the mood and creating the final image. Her photography is characterized by lighting, color and artistic style.
Barbara lives in the mountains outside of Pagosa Springs with her husband, two dogs and three cats.
