Items ordered before 9am Monday-Thursday are shipped within 24hrs. Express items ordered before 10am shipped same day Monday-Friday. Order over the weekend? Items shipped next week.

Returns

Must be post marked within 7 days of purchase in original unused condition. Buyer pays shipping. After inspection of item a store credit will be issued for the buyers convenience to be used within 30 days. 

Christmas gifts ordered in November and December can be exchanged or upgraded through January 11th.

Please include order number or packing slip and contact information (in return box) with instructions for upgrade or store credit issue. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Refunds

We do not offer Refunds. We do offer a full credit to be used within 30 days of issued credit. Credit will be issued in the form of a promo code via e-mail. 

-What if I loose the e-mail? 

Not to worry. Every credit is attached to customer name and original order number for buyers safety. We want you to be happy with your purchase. Vintage Jewelry Disclaimer

Vintage jewelry is sold in an as is condition and is more likely for stones to pop out of bezels over time. We recommend regularly checking stones. (all stones are checked before shipment). 

For returns or upgrades of vintage pieces all stones must be present to receive an exchange, credit, or upgrade. (However, we do offer repair services for jewelry purchased through us or elsewhere.) 

Coupons

You may only use one discount code per transaction at checkout. 

In shop coupons must be present at time of purchase. Items purchased before sale cannot be exchanged and then coupon re-applied for same item. However, items purchased can be exchanged for store credit and credit applied to different item of choice.
