Some of the most extraordinary Native American artists don’t have websites, online shops, or large digital platforms. Their work is still sold the way it has been for years—directly, at markets, and through trusted galleries.

The Guest Edit is our way of bringing a small piece of that world to you.

Each year, artists prepare for Santa Fe Indian Market by creating an incredible body of work. That means months of designing, sourcing materials, handcrafting pieces, and investing heavily in inventory before the market even begins. When pieces remain after the weekend, that investment goes home with the artist.

Lantern Dancer accepts a limited number of artists into our Guest Edit program. When selected, we purchase a collection of their remaining work, supporting the artist directly while giving our online community access to pieces they might otherwise never have the opportunity to see.

And here’s the important part: we offer these pieces at the same prices you would have found if you had been shopping the artist’s booth in Santa Fe yourself.

No plane ticket required.

Over the next few weeks, you’ll see several Guest Edits arrive from phenomenal artists—many without their own online platforms. Every collection is small. Every piece is handmade. And much of it is completely one of a kind.

We don’t reorder it.
