We do ship internationally with a variety of shipping options displayed at checkout. 

Once an order has left our shipping team and has been transferred to USPS or another carrier, Lantern Dancer Gallery is no longer responsible for delivery times, transit delays, or the whereabouts of the package. Shipping carriers operate independently, and we cannot be held liable for delays, misrouting, or issues that occur while a package is in their care.

We are always happy to assist by providing tracking information or helping you contact the carrier directly if needed.

What you can expect. 

Items ordered before 9am Monday-Thursday are shipped within 24hrs. (Except for holidays or big sale promotions)

Express items ordered before 10am shipped same day Monday-Friday.

Order over the weekend items shipped next weeks business day.

Returns

Must be shipped within 14 days of 'delivery date' in original unused condition. After inspection of item a store credit will be issued for the buyers convenience to be used within 30 days. START A RETURN 

To ensure fairness and maintain the excitement of our one-of-a-kind jewelry collections, we allow one return per customer per month. Due to the unique nature of our pieces, frequent returns impact availability for other collectors and disrupt our inventory flow.

All other return guidelines remain in place, including eligibility requirements and return timeframes. We appreciate your understanding and support in keeping our collections special for everyone. 

Feel free to include notes in return shipment.

There is a very small re-stocking fee for returned items. Usually under $5.00

We cover USPS pre-paid return label for standard rate shipping. If you want to upgrade your label with an insured value or signature feel free to do so. 

Please allow 3-5 business days after package is received to see your return credit via an e-mailed code that can be redeemed in store or online.

Refunds

We do not offer Refunds. We do offer a full credit to be used within 30 days of issued credit. Credit will be issued in the form of a promo code via e-mail.

Vintage Jewelry Disclaimer

Vintage jewelry is sold in an as is condition and is more likely for stones to pop out of bezels over time. We recommend regularly checking stones. (all stones are checked before shipment).

Coupons

You may only use one discount code per transaction at checkout. (see holiday promotions below)

In shop coupons must be present at time of purchase. Items purchased before sale cannot be exchanged and then coupon re-applied for same item. However, items purchased can be exchanged for store credit and credit applied to different item of choice.  

Credit is not applied until item is in hand and inspected.

Sales have final sale policy at times and also cannot be extended for exchanges.

Holiday Promotion & Sale Policy

During Black Friday and other major holiday promotional events, we offer substantial, limited-time discounts. Because of the depth of these savings, promotional pricing cannot be combined with store credit, rewards points, gift cards, or any other discounts or offers.

All items purchased during Black Friday or other significant holiday sales are eligible for exchange only. No returns or refunds will be accepted on promotional purchases.

Repairs

If your item needs repair and you still have your stone please email us at info@lanterndancer.com and we can often offer repair services. We do not repair non-native jewelry. 

Store Credit Policy:

Store credit may only be used on in-stock items and cannot be applied to custom orders, special orders, or items that are not currently available in our store. If an item needs to be ordered specifically for a customer, store credit will not be accepted as payment.
